ARMANDOS 'SUPERSTING' 225. Commissioned by John Paterson

First picture of newly completed 'Supersting 225' built by Armandos of Sheffield, who's enthusiasm never failed to blow me away. A big thanx to Mr Ian Wilkins AKA 'Staffsaint' without whom this scooter would just not look the way it was intended. The list of contributors is endless a big thanx to all, you know who you are.:-) But mostly to Guido & Guillio for listening to my everchanging moods..:-)

was the front mudguard wrapped as well as the panels ?

John, well done mate, looks good and I am sure built a lot better than a Saigon scrapper, if I was to add anything only because I had them on my Hurricane is a nice pair of Jag lights but still a very nice thing to own John.

Thanx Del, jag lights are goin on the painted panels but not the chrome bubbles..aint drilling them.....:-)

Be brave mate, I will try a dig out a piccy of my old SS, chrome/red and gold bubbles with jag lights,

But I did have a plain set of bubbles for visits to brighton etc, too easy to nick

Make sure we get a piccy with you on it.

Cheers hubert, couldnt get the wrapping done, its all triple plated. The guy wouldnt even attempt the wrapping....?    :-)

seeing these beautiful scooters makes me want to buck my ideas up a bit for mine !

ive got a horncast embellisher for the sprint that needs fitting

[ thats a lovely one on that gs ]

and i reckon some spoked wheel trims should go on next as well .

a fly screen should look good also
