Who amongst the mod generation brotherhood is attending Brighton this year??????

It would be good to hear some comments about this years Brighton Mod weekender. We went down last year and totally loved it. So it will be good to hear peoples reports about it. As far as I have heard the weather was not perfect this time and maybe a slightly different crowd than last year, so how did it all pan out ?

sorry you couldn't make it down this year, i hear your daughter got married. I hope it all went well and it didn't cost you the shirt off your back ;-) lol.
Yeah weather not as good as previous years and there was a slightly different crowd there.
I walked down to Volks Friday afternoon and bumped into Ralph and the chaps. One of the first things we said was have you noticed the different crowd. I wouldn't describe them as mod more scooterists.
Bit of a niggle for me, Brighton is a Mod weekender and not a scooter rally, i'm hoping its not a trend.

Maybe the answer is numbers were down at IOW harry,with Brighton Modweekender being named as one of the reasons...amongst others!!

I hear the weather is going to be in the high 80's in the IOW next august bank holiday and every scooterist gets free beer and a £100 army & navy voucher lol.

Brighton was sweet this year, shame about the weather but it could have been worse, Saturday had a bit of sun, and the usual people were there. fantasic night life cant wait for next year. Bonzo loved it.

Oh my god. I saw the pics and I'm not happy that I wasn't around. Sh***. Weather seemed good - as pictures show. It was really crowded, wasn't it? I can't remember that it was like this in 2009, 2010.
