Explaining the world of mod... so so hard..

When people ask me whats a mod I find it very difficult to explain. In the famous words of Rodger Daltery 'i cant explain'. People who arent mod just dont quite understand what a mod is. Its just a way of life...

I have the same problem. I usually just say what we listen to and what clothes we wear, but it's still hard to get them to understand why you are one

This kind of shows that you have to find out that you're a mod. You can't really just become one

ive been a mod or associated with modism for 34 years and still cant explain fully what is a mod or what mod is:- as pete meadon said. its clean living under difficult circumstances...i ususaly just say if i have to explain youle never understand.

No need to explain this well used quote sums it up....Its a Mod thing, you wouldn't understand!

If you wanna try and explain I would say a dedicated passion for sixties fashion/style, music and for some-scooters, also for some influences from the 79 Mod Revival.
