Sleeveless V Neck Jumpers
A group of mods in the photo sporting sleeveless V necked jumpers! Iv'e had a few of these over the years and seeing this photo again the other day reminded me of that look! Ben Sherman do a rather nice looking one in a fine gauge pure cotton knit with contrast tipping which can be purchased at www.modclothin.com and other places.
What do you think of them? do you have one? would you consider wearing a tank top or not :)

I agree. Anything that has a big Ben Sherman logo shouting out at you is not for me, but tank tops in general can look great.
I think traditionally tank tops get seen as more of a Skinhead look, but there's nothing wrong with pillaging from other areas if it looks good! Without the logo, the one above would look great.

Do like this,is it fine or ribbed knit? Of course almost all BS clothing has this logo, dont mind it so much (on my shirts,paka,bag,etc!).

It's a fine gauge knit Tim. I don't mind the Ben Sherman logo but was just starting a thread on sleeveless V necks on the whole and what folks thought of them :)

yeah I understand the dislike of certain logo's on tops, I saw a couple of quite decent looking Merc polos in The Arc sale in Nottingham, I just couldn't do it as I don't like the logo, it reminds me of the "Next" logo on there shirts and completely puts me off. I don't mind Ben Sherman as much as they do have a history . I love the Pretty Green logo as I like the psychedelic lettering and also there paisley design is spot on as a lining or a shirt. Other labels I'm happy to have a logo are Baracuta and the Fred Perry Laurel which is very British and traditional.

Hmm interesting. I'm at Marshall's right now and they have these same v-neck sleeveless sweaters here only with a diamond pattern. They just got them in this week too. $25.00
