Also Another great band The Laynes well worth seeing I thought they where great and a nice bunch of guys .
One of these days we will get in to see the support band Bobby. Okay, I'll change that to possibly not much chance we will ever get in to see the support band. But we have sensible characters like yourself (okay I'll change that too) who can give us the low down on what they were like ha ha.
No Chris Im going to drag you away from the pub the next time .It was a great night Chris. Who would have thot after all that time would be going to see The Purple Hearts.
Totally agree Bobby. I still have strong memories from seeing them up at Nightmoves at the start of 1982. In fact I still have an autograph somewhere. But that was a great night, and it was brilliant to see them live again. And having it next door to the Scene Club was an added bonus.
