what's you favorite type of mod suit? (in colour, design and material)

personally i like the idea of two tone suits.

Jacket Three button, single breasted. Top hanky pocket, flaps on lower pockets, which should be at an angle, slightly higher at the front. Must have long side vents. Trousers Semi high waist band with 2 buttons one above the other on a wrap over, not finishing at the fly.. Material has to be lightweight mohair. lined jacket, trousers lined to stop creases or baggin at the knee. Fave colour GOLD, or Bottle Green. Had four suits in the 60's/70s. 2 of each colour mentioned, one of each with side vents, one of each with centre vent.

I´m rather into 4 buttons at the moment, covered ones at best. Ticket pocket is obligatory to me; lapels without button hole. Side vents rather than centre for me. Think my next one´s gonna be something burgundy or a dark purple.

As described in another post I also prefer the classic three button effort. But if you are getting it made you can always have small changes to suit (no pun intended) yourself. Unlike Kai I have never liked side vents and always go for a centre one.

Talkin´of side vents: I learned the expression "fart flap" on this site. I really like that!

But then a centre vent might not give sufficient release, hahaha!

I would just take the jacket off if I ever felt the need Kai. But I am sure you are aware of the 8th Mod Commandment that Mods are not permitted to fart due to its ditinct lack of coolness. I just wish someone had told my room mate about it at Brighton ha ha.

I would like a tailored suit but I just don't have the money, all my suits are of the peg from shops. I really do want a tailored suit though.
