The Wedding Present - I'm Not Always So Stupid
Reminds me of getting dumped (again) at Uni.
I was never a huge Weddoes fan - though I saw them a few times.
This track I love, reminds me of the self-pitying misery of youth

Here is a clip of her son doing it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6ECOhQIUV0 - It sounds OK, but I love Bessie's better!

Today, regardless of my daughter moaning about my 'Boring' music:
5.30 - Bed
Hank Mobely - Soul Station
The Milkshakes - After School Session
Thee Mighty Caesars - English Punk Rock Explosion

When "After School Session" came out, the Milkshakes played my hometown. They stopped after 2 or 3 songs and only started again after having finished a complete crate of beer (20 half litre bottles) while sitting on the edge of the stage. Those were the days!
Ha ha! Funny story that.
I've a live LP by the Headcoats recorded in Schaffhaussen in 1990... could that have been the gig? It would be great if it was.

The Milkshakes incarnation.
Ah! 5 years out then... Oh well, funny story all the same.
By the sounds of things you've seen some great bands over the years Kai.
