Probably plenty of pickling solution (alcohol) and my much younger girlfriend telling me how old I look, which makes me have to stay in touch with my younger self while i still can. lol  She's even got me using moisturiser!  My 20 year old self would have thought a bloke doing that was most strange but it does tie in with the mod ethic of looking as sharp as possible.
