British Pathe archive

I have just come across this great British Pathe site. There are loads of period clips including the audience at Ready Steady Go, scooter rallies and fashion. Here are some I like.

This is a very weird silent clip of Mayfair in 1957 but it does show some early modernists on scooters. Not sure what Nell Gwyn and the flamenco dancers are about.
